Xbox 360 Re-Launch in Japan On The Way
By Sean Lennox In an effort to gain the support of Japanese games Microsoft will re-launch the Xbox 360 in June Last week our sister site Nintendo Revolution posted hardware sales in Japan. To no real surprise, the Xbox 360 was no where near the top of the list, selling less than 2,000 units last week. The only platforms that the 360 is currently outselling are its predecessor and the original Game Boy Advance At the end of June Microsoft plans to re-launch the Xbox 360 in Japan. There are little to know details regarding price, bundles or any marketing campaign for the re-launch, but more details are expected later next week. Microsoft is hoping that with the additional year it’s had, they will be able to gain the support of the Japanese gamers before the Sony PS3 and Nintendo Revolution hit store shelves later this year.
