By Jeff Crosby Microsoft and Chatered will release a new chip to help keep your Xbox 360 cool Today Microsoft and Chatered Semiconductor announced plans to add a 65-nm chip to the Xbox 360 With the new chip, the console is expected to not only run cooler and use less power, but may also increase speed slightly - although MS and Chatered have not confirmed this. As we have reported on several occasions, many gamers have come forward with over heating issues which would result in the inability to use the system.
